Deliveries & Returns
If you wish to make a return, you must send an email to Retour@ddp.fr with your order number and the reason for the return. Please read our policies below before submitting your request.
Return Policies:

Returns can be accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and price tags attached to the original invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return shipping services unless there is an order error on our part.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned merchandise and will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges on the order will not be refunded.

We will not accept any returns delivered to us without prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please ensure that all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with an appropriate tracking number. We also recommend that you insure the package for the full amount of value. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods during transit by the customer. Once returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the customer (less original shipping charges unless otherwise stated). We have the right to refuse returns if the returned merchandise does not meet the requirements of our returns policy.

All limited edition, discounted products are final sales (no returns) - Any exemptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of DDP.

We will not accept returns in quantities of 3 or more of the same product.
Finally, if we have made an error in processing your order - Our apologies! This ONLY includes incorrect or damaged items shipped. In this case, we will also refund your original shipping costs. Please contact Retour@ddp.fr with your order number and the item number of the merchandise you received as well as the item you were expecting. We will send you a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we will ship it to you once we receive the incorrect item. If the item is no longer available, we will credit your original payment method.
